Loomis Collision offers a shuttle services that can take you back home after you drop your vehicle off.
Can you help me with a rental car?
If there is a need for a rental car we can assist you in the process to get one.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Appointments are always encouraged but walk-ins are always welcome.
How long will repairs take?
An estimated repair time will be given upon receiving the estimate for the damage. Occasionally, when the repair has begun there may be some unforeseen damage that may be found that could extend the repair time. We will keep you updated during this process.
Is the estimate free?
Yes. Loomis Collision will provide an estimate free of charge. This estimate is valid for 30 days.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard.
Do I pay a deductible?
A deductible is determined by the insurance policy that is on the vehicle. This information can be provided by the insurance agent or we can assist you.
Who do I pay the deductible?
You would pay Loomis Collision upon picking up the car if there is a deductible to pay.
